Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Zia Luxury ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Zia Luxury provides interior fitouts, interior renovation, swimming pool design and construction, landscape design, and villa, building, apartment, and property maintenance across the United Arab Emirates.

The specific scope, deliverables, and standards for your project will be set out in a separate written proposal, quotation, or contract, which — together with these terms — governs our relationship.

Quotations, Pricing & Payment

All quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the scope and site conditions known at the time of issue. Prices exclude any applicable government fees or taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone payments, and final balance, will be specified in your quotation or contract. Work may be scheduled or paused subject to receipt of agreed payments.

Project Scope & Variations

Any change to the agreed scope — including additional works, upgraded materials, or design revisions requested after approval — may affect the price and timeline and will be documented as a written variation before proceeding.

Timelines provided are good-faith estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including permit approvals, third-party suppliers, access to the property, and force majeure events.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property, accurate information relevant to the works, and any approvals from building management, owners' associations, or authorities that are the property owner's responsibility to obtain, unless we have expressly agreed to manage these on your behalf.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Any workmanship warranty period and its terms will be stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products, materials, or equipment are passed through to you as provided by the relevant manufacturer.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorised alterations, third-party work, or normal wear and tear.

Maintenance Contracts

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and other service plans are governed by the specific terms, inclusions, exclusions, and response times set out in the relevant service agreement.

Emergency and out-of-scope call-outs may be chargeable in accordance with your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid to us for that project. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, visuals, and content produced by Zia Luxury remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Website content may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including any charges for work already performed, materials procured, or time committed, will be set out in your contract. Deposits may be non-refundable to the extent that costs have already been incurred.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
