Zia Luxury was founded in Dubai in 2019 on a simple observation: property owners were hiring one company for their fitout, another for renovation, and a third to fix what went wrong afterward — with no one accountable for the whole picture.
We built Zia Luxury to be the exception. One team handles design, authority approvals, construction, and the years of maintenance that follow — under a single fixed-price contract and one point of contact throughout.
